Summer Editorial Internship with DC Comics
Responsibilities included page approvals, balloon placements, layout and proof review, art reference collection, and voucher creation. Featured in Warner Bros’ “Interns in the Spotlight” series, and received special thanks on copyright page of Secrets of Sinister House #1 anthology.

Richmond Indie Comic Expo
Co-president of student group that organized the first Richmond Indie Comic Expo (RICE). Expo attracted nearly 80 artists from as far away as California, many of whom are current or former VCUarts students. Event also featured four panels exploring elements of comics from Kickstarters to comics studies.
